Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized steak
- 1 bottle of beer
- 4tsp of bullseye sauce(preferably regular)
- a dash of salt
- a dash of pepper
Steps
- Take the medium-sized steak from freezer and thaw for about 2 hours.
- Next preheat the bbq at high for a few minutes (probably as long as it takes to come into the house to retrieve the steak).
- Place steak on bbq rack and sprinkle salt, pepper, and a small portion of beer on it. Let cook for 5 minutes on one side then flip the steak over to the other side and sprinkle salt, pepper, and some more beer.
- Keep repeating the steps above (turning, salt, pepper, beer) until almost cooked. Then spread 2 tsps of bullseye sauce on each side to lightly bake in. Voila! The beer evaporates which leaves you with a perfect steak which is well-done and oh so juicy. Try it!
