Ingredients

  1. 1 medium-sized steak  
  2. 1 bottle of beer 
  3. 4tsp of bullseye sauce(preferably regular) 
  4. a dash of salt 
  5. a dash of pepper

Steps

  1. Take the medium-sized steak from freezer and thaw for about 2 hours.
  2. Next preheat the bbq at high for a few minutes (probably as long as it takes to come into the house to retrieve the steak).
  3. Place steak on bbq rack and sprinkle salt, pepper, and a small portion of beer on it. Let cook for 5 minutes on one side then flip the steak over to the other side and sprinkle salt, pepper, and some more beer.
  4. Keep repeating the steps above (turning, salt, pepper, beer) until almost cooked. Then spread 2 tsps of bullseye sauce on each side to lightly bake in. Voila! The beer evaporates which leaves you with a perfect steak which is well-done and oh so juicy. Try it!
