Ingredients

  1. 1 whole pork tenderloin
  2. 10-12 bacon slices
  3. favourite marinade (bottle is fine)
  4.

Steps

  1. Clean the pork tenderloin by removing the silver skin and any fat on surface. Marinate the pork for about 30 minutes or more if you have time.
  2. Remove from marinade and starting from one end of the tenderloin, wrap a strip of bacon  tightly in a spiral, overlapping the bacon as you go around in a cylindrical fashion. Finish the strip by tucking the ends underneath the seam of the bacon close by.  Repeat with remaining bacon until the tenderloin is all wrapped with bacon.  You can also use tooth picks to secure the bacon if you cannot tuck in underneath the seam.
  3. BBQ on a medium hot grill on one side for about 5 - 8 minutes checking for grill marks.  Then carefully turn it over to cook the other side for about the same time. It should be pink but not overdone in the middle.
  4. Serve by slicing it into 1 cm thick slices.
