Basil and Baby Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound fresh hand-peeled baby shrimp 
  2. 3 green onions finely chopped 
  3. 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil 
  4. 1/2 teaspoon tabasco  
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  6. 3/4 cup sour cream 
  7. 3/4 cup mayonnaise 
  8. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl stir the sour cream and mayonnaise together.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
  5. Serve with Lesley Stowe’s Original Raincoast Crisps. Keeps 2-3 days.
