Basic Maple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  1. 1 pork tenderloin 
  2. Butter, for cooking 
  3. 1/4 cup (65 mL) maple syrup 
  4. 1 can (14 oz; 398 mL) three-pepper sauce

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices.
  2. In a frying pan with butter, brown the pork.
  3. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sauce and maple syrup. Pour over the pork.
  5. Cook in the oven at 350 F (180 C) for 1 hour.
