Ingredients
- 1/2 wild salmon, fileted with skin on
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp honey mustard or sweet mustard
Steps
- Mix the syrup and mustard in a small dish. Brush 1/2 the mixture over the skin of the salmon.
- Lay salmon skin down on a double layer of foil. Brush the flesh side of the salmon with the remaining mixture.
- Fold the foil over and seal tightly on the ends to make a pouch. Place foil pouch on a hot BBQ grill.
- Cook 10 minutes then turn over and cook 10 minutes on the other side.
- Remove foil pouch to a platter and let stand for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and serve.
