Ingredients
- Medium-sized pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- Pepper to taste
Steps
- Brush the tenderloin with the mustard and soy sauce. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
- Wrap it all in foil. Barbecue for 45 to 60 minutes.
