Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) parsley, dried
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) butter
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together and coat sole fillets with the mixture.
- Individually wrap each fillet of sole in aluminum foil.
- Barbecue on the grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice pilaf and a Caesar salad.
