Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

You can replace the pineapple juice with orange juice.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (250 mL) banana 
  2. 3 kiwis 
  3. 1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice 
  4. 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt 
  5. 1 tsp (5 mL) honey 
  6. 3 ice cubes

Steps

  1. Peel and cut fruit into pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Reduce to a runny puree.
  3. Serve chilled in a tall glass!

    You need to have like 2 bananas to take away the kiwi after taste =]
