This marinade is perfect for any protein dish to give your dinner a new look.
Ingredients
- 6 salmon steaks
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup 1% yoghurt
- 1 tsp marsala tandoori powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- zest and juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Steps
- Flavour the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and place in shallow pan.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread onto salmon; let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
