Baked Tandoori Salmon

This marinade is perfect for any protein dish to give your dinner a new look.

Ingredients

  1. 6 salmon steaks 
  2. salt and pepper, to taste 
  3. 1 cup 1% yoghurt 
  4. 1 tsp marsala tandoori powder 
  5. 1/4 tsp salt 
  6. 1/4 tsp oregano 
  7. zest and juice of 1/2 lime 
  8. 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Steps

  1. Flavour the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and place in shallow pan.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread onto salmon; let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
