- Potatoes and sliced onion
Steps
- Wash and cut potatoes (any kind) in half. Clean and cut onion (any kind) into slices.
- Put potatoes in microwave for 10 minutes.
- Check potatoes for doneness, fork goes in easily but potato is not totally cooked. Put potatoes on double tinfoil.
- Add a couple of slices of onion between sliced potatoes and put together and wrap in tinfoil.
- Put on barbecue on low heat for 20 minutes
- Serve with sour cream and butter or margarine.
