These are a great side dish: simple to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tsp rosemary
- 3 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Steps
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
- Cut potatoes into thin French fries (or wedges if you prefer).
- In bowl, whisk together oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes and onions in bowl; toss to coat well.
- Place on baking sheet in oven for about 30 minutes, flipping them half way through.
- Tip: If you've cut your potatoes into wedges or larger fries, you may want to add to the baking time.
