Ingredients
- About a dozen scallops
- 6 strips of bacon
- Wooden toothpicks
Steps
- Cut the strips of bacon in half so that you have 12 strips of bacon.
- Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and overlap if you need to. Secure each bacon and scallop combo with a toothpick.
- BBQ on medium high for about 5 minutes turning onto the bacon side now and then until the bacon is done. Serves about 3 scallops as appetizers per person.
