Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 300 g feta cheese
- A dozen small asparagus
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- A dozen toothpicks

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the ends.
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Crumble the feta in a bowl and add a small amount of oil to get a creamy mixture.
- Spread the cheese on each chicken strip.
- Put two asparagus in the middle of each chicken strip and roll the strips around the aspargus.
- Use toothpicks to help them hold together.
- Spread the rest of the oil (or use foil paper) on a baking dish or a skillet that goes in the oven and place all the chicken strips on it.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
