Asparagus and Feta Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  1. 4 chicken breasts 
  2. 300 g feta cheese 
  3. A dozen small asparagus 
  4. 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 
  5. Salt, pepper 
  6. A dozen toothpicks

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the ends.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips.
  4. Crumble the feta in a bowl and add a small amount of oil to get a creamy mixture.
  5. Spread the cheese on each chicken strip.
  6. Put two asparagus in the middle of each chicken strip and roll the strips around the aspargus.
  7. Use toothpicks to help them hold together.
  8. Spread the rest of the oil (or use foil paper) on a baking dish or a skillet that goes in the oven and place all the chicken strips on it.
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  10. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
