Apricot Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 1 tub (250 g) light spreadable cream cheese  
  2. 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped dried apricots 
  3. 2 tbsp (25 mL) apricot jam

Steps

  1. In bowl, stir together cream cheese, apricots and jam. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.)
  2. VARIATION
    Strawberry Cream Cheese: Substitute 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped fresh strawberries for the dried apricots and strawberry jam for the apricot jam.
