Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup (85g) flour
- 1 cup (200 g) oatmeal
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (115 g) margarine
- Filling:
- 7 medium apples, peeled
- 1/3 cup (65 g) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Filling: Cut the apples into small pieces. Stir in lemon juice and sugar. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Topping: In a bowl, mix together all other ingredients except margarine. Cream margarine and incorporate into the dry ingredients.
- Spread topping over apple filling.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.
