Ingredients
- 1 fresh green pepper
- 1 fresh onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
- 2 cans of pineapple (save juice of pineapple)
- 5 hot Italian sausages
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of masala
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (add to taste)
- 1 can of Carnation milk
Steps
- Cook the garlic and ginger in butter until it is browned.
- Add the veggies and half the spices and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then add the sausage. Proceed to fry until sausage is half way cooked and then add the pineapple, pineapple juice, and the rest of the spices.
- Simmer until sausage is completely cooked. Add milk once the sausage has cooked, warm slowly and serve over pasta.
