Al's Curried Linguine

Ingredients

  1. 1 fresh green pepper 
  2. 1 fresh onion  
  3. 5 cloves of garlic 
  4. 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger 
  5. 2 cans of pineapple (save juice of pineapple) 
  6. 5 hot Italian sausages 
  7. 2 teaspoons of curry powder  
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of masala 
  9. 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 
  10. 1/2 teaspoon of salt (add to taste) 
  11. 1 can of Carnation milk

Steps

  1. Cook the garlic and ginger in butter until it is browned.
  2. Add the veggies and half the spices and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then add the sausage. Proceed to fry until sausage is half way cooked and then add the pineapple, pineapple juice, and the rest of the spices.
  3. Simmer until sausage is completely cooked. Add milk once the sausage has cooked, warm slowly and serve over pasta.
