Note: You can also use our Marc's Traditional Pizza Dough and Marc's Traditional Pizza Sauce recipes to complete the all-dressed pizza. Or you can purchase commercially prepared pizza dough and sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) pizza sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 2 mushrooms
- 1/2 lb (225 g) pepperoni
- 1-3/4 cup (175 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
Steps
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
- Slice all the topping ingredients. Spread over the dough.
- Sprinkle the cheese over top.
- Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 20 minutes.
