Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, almost pureed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp (3mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 cup (250 mL) olive oil
- 3 to 4 tsp (15 to 20 mL) wine vinegar
Steps
- With a mixer or in a food processor, combine the garlic, eggs, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Drizzle in the oil while the machine is on.
- Add the vinegar.
- Pour into a serving bowl and serve with vegetables or on potatoes.
