Meatballs prepared in advance
Take a family-size package of medium chopped beef, breadcrumbs, garlic seasoning (Club House), and one egg. Mix and make meatballs that will be cooked at 250° C, in an electric pan or the oven. Cover the bottom and the top of the meatballs with aluminum foil.
You will have 8 to 10 dozen meatballs. Freeze them in Ziploc bags in different quantities. Ideal on noodles, with gravy, in rice, etc.
